Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for all orders.
We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK, and Germany. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support on the contact page.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: 5-10 days
- Canada: 5-10 days
- Australia: 5-10 days
- UK: 5-10 days
- France: 7-12 days
- Germany: 7-12 days
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days as our orders are made in house and we work on a 'made to order' basis.
Standard shipping times may vary depending on location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. International shipping may take 10–20 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
